To get your income verification online, log in to the Online Benefits Portal at

https://onlinebenefits.nebf.com

Then click Income Verification on the left-hand navigation menu. Click Submit, and you'll see your request appear below. As soon as it processes,

you'll be able to download your income verification letter, which includes your monthly payout and tax withheld.

If you haven't already, consider opting in to receive important documents and communications electronically!

Just go to the Profile tab, scroll down to the section about paperless communications, and opt in!
